HVAC Service Technician

We are growing and looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician! This is a great opportunity for someone to advance your career and join a growing team.  

Primary Role: 

• Provide the customer with a high-quality experience 

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and small commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards  

• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues, work with little to no supervision 

Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Primary working hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm; alternating on call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service; some weekends and evenings  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:  

• Safety is of the utmost importance! Work within all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area. 

• Able to diagnose HVAC issues. 

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.  

• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.  

• Experience making repair and replacement decisions. 

• Must have a valid driver's license 

• HVAC License preferred but not required. Must be willing to attend training to maintain or secure a license.
